DALE KUCHMAN

Dale G. Kuchman, of Mora, passed on Saturday, January 4, 2025, at the Estates of Rush City.  He was 83 years old.

Dale was born in Barron County, Wisconsin on March 31, 1941, to parents Andrew Sr and Irene (Gerhardt) Kuchman.

Dale was united in marriage to the love of his life, Darlene Genereaux on May 29, 1961.

He served in the Minnesota National Guard for 5 ½ years.  Dale spent most of his career as an industrial machinist.

He loved the outdoors and took great pride in the family home and land near Mora.  He enjoyed hunting, fishing, snowmobiling, playing cards and traveling.  Spending time with his nieces and nephews gave him great joy.  He will be dearly missed.

Dale was preceded in death by his parents and siblings, Helen, Andrew Jr, Irene, Florence, Dolores, Mary, Peter, and James.

He is survived by his wife of 64 years, Darlene; special niece, Helen Nestrud; sister-in-law Barb and brother-in-law Don Rollin; as well as many beloved nieces and nephews and their families.

A Memorial Service will be held at 4:00 pm on Monday, January 13, 2025, at the Hamilton Funeral Homes – Akkerman Chapel in Mora. 

Memorial Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service.

A luncheon will follow at Freddie's. 

Military Honors will be provided by the Mora American Legion Post 201.
