EDITH SEDERBERG

Edith “Edie” Mae (Shellito) Sederberg, of Mora, passed away on Thursday, November 13, 2025, at her home in Mora.  She was 65 years old.

Edie was born on March 18, 1960, in Anoka, Minnesota to Sherman and Joyce (Jamison) Shellito.

Edie was united in marriage to Kevin Byron Sederberg on April 27, 1990, in Mora, Minnesota.  Edie enjoyed working at Hardee’s in Mora where she made many friends.

She enjoyed doing puzzles and was an avid collector of pretty pens, jewelry and anything with crosses, angels and butterflies.   Edie and Kevin loved animals and had several beloved pets over the years including Sherabe, Peanut, Baby, and Christmas.  She loved being a part of the Mora United Methodist Church where she sang in the choir and enjoyed her extended church family.  Edie will be dearly missed.

Edie was preceded in death by her parents, husband Kevin, and brothers Jeffrey and Roger.

She is survived by her mother-in-law Alice Sederberg; siblings, Sherman "Butch" Shellito Jr., Kevin Shellito, Randy Shellito, Philip Shellito, Lorraine Benedict, Maxine Shellito-Laine, Sandy Dacay, Patricia Hilderbrand; many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 noon on Thursday, November 20, 2025 at the Mora United Methodist Church with Pastor Dean Roush officiating. 

Memorial Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service at the church. 

A luncheon will follow. 

Inurnment will be in the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery in North Branch.

Memorials are preferred to the Mora United Methodist Church or St. Croix Hospice.
