GEORGE S. DEWEY

George Steven Dewey, of Mora, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022 at Welia Health in Mora.  He was 77 years old.

George was born on February 28, 1945 in Minneapolis, Minnesota to parents Rollo and Dorothy (Donat) Dewey.  He enlisted in the United States Army and served overseas during Vietnam. 

He will be dearly missed.

George is preceded in death by his parents, one sister, and granddaughter Jeannette.

He is survived by his significant other Linda Cole; son Duane (Evelyn) Troska; grandchildren, Aaron, Josh, Kathy, and Mark; great grandchildren, Mariah, Lillian, and Allison; brother Karl Malmberg; many cousins, other relatives and friends.  

Inurnment & Military Honors will be held at 1:30 pm on Wednesday, October 26, 2022 at ASSEMBLY AREA #4 at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis.
