The family of John William Clark Jr. of Braham, MN is saddened to announce his sudden passing on January 30th, 2025 at the age of 75.
Shortly after graduating high school in Coon Rapids, MN, John enlisted in the Army, serving for three years from 1967 to 1970. He worked for BNSF Railroad beginning in 1973 until he retired from there in 2007.
John lived a simple life and enjoyed the outdoors, hunting and fishing (always hoping to catch “Wally Walleye" someday). He loved spending his weekends up north with his family-these were the best of times. He really enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and being their “Pappy”. John also had a love for picking and collecting agates along the railroad tracks.
John was preceded in death by his parents John Sr. and Anna, sister Kathaleen, brother-in-law Kevin and mother of his children, Linda.
He will be greatly missed by his children Lisa (Shane), Dylan (Jerady), Cody and Zachary, sister Linda (Jim), Grandchildren Payton, Olivia, McKenzie, Maelinn, Ben, Ava, Briah, Brinley and Bentley, niece, nephews, and lifelong friend Jeff.
John’s family will be having a celebration of life on a future date in Braham, MN.
“So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen. For the things that are seen are temporary, but things that are unseen are eternal.” 2 Corinthians 4:18
