JUDY LUCKING

Judy Diane Lucking, of Mora, passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at her home.  She was 80 years old.

Judy was born on September 6, 1944, in Milaca, Minnesota to parents Earl Marvin and Irene (Johnson) Iler.

Judy was a wonderful baker and cook, remembered for her delicious mashed-potatoes and stuffing dishes.  She loved family gatherings and catered almost every family event over the years.  She enjoyed fishing, hunting, gambling trips to the casino, and listening to live bands.  Family was the center of Judy’s life, and her spunk, compassion, and love will be deeply missed by all.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents, husband Francis “Jack” Lucking, son Richard, granddaughter Lily, and sister Carol Hanson.

She is survived by her children, Deb (Donald), John (Teresa), Jeff, Guy (Tammy), Jack (Jessica), Holly (Gary), Brent (Melissa), Wade (Keri) and Frankie (Adam); many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings, Marvin Iler Sr, Earl Iler, and Billie Iler; many other relatives and friends.

A Celebration of Judy's Life for friends and family will be held on Saturday, June 14th from 3:00 - 5:00 PM at Frankie Lucking's 2726 Lyndale St. Mora, MN 55051
