Mark Berry of Roseville passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at his home. He was 61 years old.
Mark Berry was born on May 6, 1964, in Mora, Minnesota, to Jesse and Dorothy (Kubat) Berry. From an early age, he could brighten anyone's day. His love of good old-time music reminded him of his mother and brother, Daniel.
Food was another of Mark's great loves, and he enjoyed savoring all the delicious treats that life had to offer. He was also a big sports fan, especially when it came to baseball. He attended the MN Twins and the St. Paul Saints baseball games. Mark had a special fondness for animals, often visiting the humane society to spend time with them, and he loved exploring Como Park and enjoying the great outdoors. He was a happy guy who loved going on outings, exploring, and attending social mixes.
He will be deeply missed by the dedicated staff and compassionate caregivers at ACR Homes and the MSS Day program, who became like family, as well as by his day program friends.
His infectious smile and love for good times will always be in our hearts.
He was preceded in death by his parents, his brother Daniel, and his nephew Jesse.
Mark is survived by his siblings: James (Linda), Thomas, and Susan (Loren) Villnow; his sister-in-law Brenda; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
