MELVYN LARSON

Melvyn "Mel" Larson, of Rochester, passed away on Sunday, March 30, 2025 at his home.  He was 87 years old.

Melvyn was born in Stillwater, Minnesota on July 31, 1937 to parents Edwin and Minnie (Richert) Larson. 

A faithful Christian and friend to many, especially in the Ham Radio community as a licensed operator for 70 years. A tireless worker, inventor and tinkerer. Rest in peace, you are in the arms of Jesus.

A Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 am on Wednesday, April 2, 2025 at the Springvale Baptist Church with Pastor Zane Hall officiating.

Interment will follow in the Springvale Baptist Cemetery.

A luncheon will follow the service at the church.
