PATTI GIVEN

Patti Jeanne Given, age 72, of Mora, passed away on Monday May 11, 2026 at her home, with family by her side after a hard fight but brief second round of cancer. We were all so thankful and blessed to have her about 2 ½ additional years when her cancer went into remission the first time.

Patti was the second daughter born to Edward and Hazel (Reinhardt) Kehoe on May 25, 1953, in Crosby, Minnesota. Patti was baptized at the Methodist church in Gary, South Dakota on October 10, 1953. She graduated from Aitkin High School with the class of 1972.

She worked briefly as a key punch operator, and was a homemaker staying home to raise her 4 kids which included daycare for a couple more. Once they were all in school, she began house cleaning for people scheduling her house cleaning jobs around when the kids were in school.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Dave in 2014, and in later years she reconnected with her high school sweet heart Doug and they both realized the flame was still there and they had several years together until Doug’s passing in 2023.

She is survived by her children, Tracy (DJ) McNevin, Tina (Ben) Steinke, Krystal (Ben) Robertson, and Marshall (Luci) Given; grandchildren, Courtney (Mike), Tyler (Haven), Kenneth, Benjamin, Holdyn, Mayzen, Kade, Garrett, Dominick, Noah, Cortne (Brandon), and Damian; great grandchildren, Levi, Harlan, Luca, Layana, Brynleigh, Amara, Avery, Josie Lynn and Isabel; sisters, Linda (Harley) Weimer, Mary Sukraw, Wendy (David) Hagstrom; many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 noon on Friday, May 22, 2026 at the Hamilton Funeral Homes - Akkerman Chapel in Mora.

A Memorial Visitation will be held 1 hour prior to the service.

Inurnment will follow in the Oakwood Cemetery in Mora.
