STEPHEN UPDEGRAFF

Stephen Douglas Updegraff passed away on Sunday, January 12, 2025, at the Sandstone Health Care Center.  He was 72 years old.

Stephen “Steve” was born on May 20, 1952, in Duluth, Minnesota to parents Robert and Betty Updegraff.

Steve enjoyed working with model railroads and drawing.  In his working years, he had his own business installing flooring for residential homes to basketball courts for schools.  He lived in Texas for over 50 years before moving to Mora in 2014.  He was a kind and gentle soul who will be missed.

Stephen was preceded in death by his parents, grandma, and uncle.

He is survived by his sister Robin Priebe (Fred Sawatzky) of Mora; nephew Riley (Nikki) Priebe and their children Johnny and Josie Priebe; Several other relatives and friends.

In keeping with Steve’s wishes, no public service will be held.
